Saturday 25th Walk/Cycle ride Ferry Boat Inn for lunch. Either meet at Ferry Boat or Havant station for cycle via the Hayling Billy route to pub. Afternoon Beach walk. Stephen  
Sunday 26th   Dinghy Maintenance at Frensham Pond – Chance to check over the Club boats prior to the start of the sailing season. This will include a buoyancy test. Giles / Simon Giles / Simon
4th 5th 1535 Afternoon High RYA Dinghy Show. Alexandra Palace. Cody SC have a stand at this show and will be giving a talk on Fleet Dinghy Cruising at the show main stage. For details on attending the show see: RYA Dinghy Show 2017

18th 1455 Afternoon High Shake Down Cruise -Chichester Harbour. This is a good opportunity to sail in the sheltered waters of the harbour. Launching from Itchenor.   Simon
25th 0937 Morning High Stokes Bay to Lepe. A pleasant sail along the Solent coast and across Southampton Water to a beach with a café for lunch.   Steve
26th Walk Morning High Walk to East Head from the car park at West Wittering Stephen  
1st 2nd 1523 Afternoon High Seafarers to Ryde. Sailing across the Solent to the Isle of Wight from the beach near Seafarers Sailing Club near Hill head. Lunch at a pleasant sandy beach to the East of Ryde Pier before returning.

6-7th 1004 Morning High Cruiser Rally- Members with cruisers invite other Cody SC members to join as crew on board sailing from Portsmouth to Yarmouth or Chichester depending on tides with an overnight on board. See email invite for crew opportunities.
13th 1404 Afternoon High RYA Level 1&2 Training. Frensham Pond 0900 to 1300.
14th 1436 Stokes Bay to Whitecliff Bay. An epic sail across the Solent and then along the coast of the Isle of Wight for a bit effectively leaving the Solent and stopping at a lovely sandy bay before returning. Andy?

21st 0807 2050 Lunchtime Low Beach Day at Stokes bay for RYA Push The Boat Out week. John
27th May to 4th June Pool Camp – A beautiful spot for camping at Cleavel Point with tidal access to Poole Harbour for sheltered sailing in the harbour and day sails to Wareham, around Brownsea Island and further afield to Old Harry Rock and Swanage.
3rd 0726 2011 Lunchtime Low RYA Level 1&2 Training. Frensham Pond 0900 to 1300.
4th 0830 Early morning High Christchuch Bay Sail from Lymington. A new sail for Cody. Leave Lymington and sail out of Hurst Narrows along the coast via the north channel. Aim to get as far as Christchurch if winds suitable or stop at the beach along the coast. Note this is a long very weather dependant cruise.
10th 1308 Lunchtime High RYA Level 1&2 Training. Frensham Pond 0900 to 1300.
11th 1347 Stokes Bay To Portchester Castle – A lovely sail combining open sea sailing in the Solent and sheltered sailing in the Historic Portsmouth Harbour. Landing for Lunch near Portchester castle at the top of the Harbour
17th 0515 1801 Morning Low RYA Level 1&2 Training. Frensham Pond 0900 to 1300.
18th 0619 1903 Late morning Low Beach Day Stokes Bay – A great opportunity to sail off the beach try out different craft. Bring friends and family along if interested. Great for a BBQ on the beach if the weather is good.
24th 1206 Lunchtime High RYA Level 1&2 Training. Frensham Pond 0900 to 1300.
25th 1258 Lunchtime High Hythe Marina To Eling. Sailing in relatively sheltered waters with interesting sail up Southampton Water. John
1st 2nd 0547 1826 Lunchtime Low Lymington to Alum Bay . Another epic cruise to the Isle of Wight sailing out of the Solent past Hurst Narrows and stopping for lunch at Alum Bay near the Needles.
8th 9th 1210 Lunchtime High Hillhead to Ashlett Creek. A relatively short cruise across along the coast and across Southampton water to a small creak with a pub at the top for a lunchtime stop at High water.

29th July – 13th August Summer Camp. Helford. A two week annual sailing/camping event suitable for all the family in the beautiful Helford River near Falmouth. A range of sailing activities from fun events in the sheltered Helford river to longer cruises across to Falmouth and St Mawes.
14th to 18th RYA Level 1&2 training. At Frensham pond. 5 Day course. 0900 to 1630.

26th 27th 28th 1536 Afternoon High Stokes Bay to Bembridge. Sail across the Solent to the Isle of Wight and stop for lunch at Bembridge Sailing Club.
1st to 3rd 0956 Morning High Bosham Camp. A lovely flat site for camping and all tide launching in Chichester Harbour. The site allows exclusive camping for sailing clubs.
